‘Warrington is a tonic for everyone. Glorious beach, green hills......summer playground of Dunedin’s age and youth’ as described in the Evening Star in November 1935. With it being accessible by train, it was a regular destination beach for Dunedinites. And yesterday it was stunning, during a brief moment of sunshine....surely summer will arrive soon 😒
